For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 80-LBGA packages. A voltage of 1.8V 2.8V should be provided by the image sensors. The image sensors will be protected from damage by the Tray. lmage sensors should have a dynamic range of 105 dB. A 1/2.7 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor. Image sensors should operate at 1.95V voltage. Set the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors to 85°C. In any case, the temperature of the sensor should not be below -30°C while it is operating.
