AS-M15TAN-R Overview
During packaging, the magnetic switch is protected against damage with the Cut Tape (CT). Safety precautions are taken by packaging the magnetic switches in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. It is possible for these switches to supply a maximum current of 12μA. Switches are operated by 3 pins. A total of 3 terminations have been reached. The maximum operating temperature for the magnetic switches can be set to 85°C. To function properly, this magnetic switch needs an operating temperature greater than -40°C. During operation, the magnetic switches could supply 3.5V. There is a possibility that this electronic component could deliver a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage that can be supplied by these switches is 1.6V. A working unit can supply 3μA current nominally.
