AS1747-BTDT-1K Overview
Due to its 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Based on SPDT switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. 2 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 850mOhm.
