AS1751S-T Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), international shipping is convenient. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA degrees Celsius. Circuits based on SPST - NO switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. A 4 circuit is present in this switch device. This digital multiplexer has 900mOhm internal resistance. Datasheets for 14 pin functions are available upon request. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. An operating current of 100nA would be sufficient for this switch device. A voltage of 1.6V~3.6V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply.
