AS1909C17-T Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.2V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 3.6V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 2.6μA volt supply current. On the supervisor, a total of 1 inputs are monitored as IC management of its monitoring system.
