It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .A convenient transport package is provided in 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.This power management targets at Handheld/Mobile Devices and other applications.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic -40°C~85°C will prevent malfunctions.It works with 2.7V~5.5V voltage.A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on a PCB or other board.A temperature higher than 85°C should not be used.A temperature below -40°C is not suitable for the ic power supply.
