AS5045-ASST Overview
A supply voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V is sufficient for encoders to have a good performance. To make sure encoders work, the minimum operating temperature can't be lower than -40°C. However, this electronic part can operate at 125°C at its maximum temperature. There are 16 pins on the encoders. Encoders are packaged as Tape & Reel (TR). Encoders are packaged in SSOP packages for easy handling and to prevent damage. An encoder draws 21mA current when it is operating. Setting the current to 21mA will maximize efficiency.
