Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the SOIC package.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 6 drivers.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 16 terminations.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.In the device, there are 16 pins.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 5V V.Its interface IC is SIPO BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1.5A.A board with 16 component pins is available.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 150°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 6mA.The supply voltage of 40V is its maximum value for operation.This device operates at 5.6V as the minimum supply voltage.Improved efficiency can be obtained based on the frequency of 2MHz.
