ATMEGA48PB-MU Overview
It is available in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the benefit of saving space. It is mounted using the way of Surface Mount. Tray is the package that contains it. A AVR core processor powers the device. In order to work effectively, the temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. In terms of its program memory type, it is FLASH. The device has 27 I/Os.
