ATMEGA640-16AUR Overview
For space savings, it is available in the 100-TQFP package. In this case, it is mounted using the method of Surface Mount. It comes in the package?of a Tape & Reel (TR). AVR core processor is present on the device. Work should be done at -40°C~85°C TA. It has a type of program memory of FLASH. There are 86 I/Os on the board.
