ATMEGA649-16MU Overview
To save space, it is included in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Surface Mount is the way to mount it. In the package Tray, it is included. A AVR core processor powers the device. During work, the temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. The type of memory it uses is FLASH. There are 53 I/Os on the board. A comparable component can be found by using the base part number ATMEGA649. At QUAD, it has its terminals. As far as terminations are concerned, there are 64 terminations present.
