ATMEGA64L-8AI Overview


The embedded microprocessor has been packed in TQFP for convenient overseas shipping. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC. Total terminations are 64. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 3V volts. There is a 8-Bit architecture in it. There is 8MHz frequency set for the CPU. It is recommended that the CPU microprocessor is not operated in an environment with a temperature of more than 85°C. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 64 pins. With the Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in a wide range of applications. CPU frequency should reach 8MHz. From 5.5V onwards, the CPU microprocessor can operate.
