ATMEGA8L-8MI Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient thanks to the embedded microprocessor's packaging in QFN. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC. There are 32 terminations totally. Using a 3V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor.
