ATTINY20-MMHR Overview
A space-saving advantage is that it is included in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Surface Mount is the way to mount it. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package available for it. Device with AVR core processor issupported. In order to work effectively, the temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. FLASH has been assigned to it as a program memory.
