ATTINY828-MU Overview
There is a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available to save space. This is mounted using the Surface Mount method. Package Tray contains it. With a processor of AVR cores, the device is powered. It is important to keep the temperature at -40°C~85°C TA while working. FLASH has been assigned to it as a program memory. There are 28 I/Os on the board.
