AXUV20HS1 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Tray. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into SIP packages in order to protect them from damage. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 160V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 160V. During operation, photodiodes should not have a temperature higher than 40°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -10°C. The photodiode will operate at 100nA current even in the absence of light input.
