AZ7500CMTR-EA Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 7V~36V. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 1kHz~200kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable which allows efficient switching control. Total pins of switching converter are 16. Statistically, DC regulator outputs 5V volts.
