BCS2015G1 Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for protection. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 0806 (2015 Metric) packages. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 10V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 10V in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode is capable of conducting 10nA current even without light input.
