BCS2015H1 Overview


It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 0806 (2015 Metric) packages. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 6V. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 6V. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -20°C. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 10nA current.
