BCS5030G1 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 2012 (5030 Metric) packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 6V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 6V continuously in reverse-bias mode. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 100pA current.
