BD49K55G-TL Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) way. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your convenience. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The IC power comes from the well-known BD49Kxx series.
