Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 64-LQFP package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 2.1V~6.5V's supply voltage.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -25°C~150°C TJ's operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.The base H bridge ic number of BD6640 can be used to find related H bridge ics.An ambient temperature of 2A enables a power supply to provide a maximum load current.It has a 1 output.Accordingly, the maximum acceptable operating temperature is 85°C in order to avoid excessive costs.In order to avoid excessive costs, a minimum operating temperature of -40°C is acceptable.
