BD9763FVM-TR Overview
Capsuled in the 8-VSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.110, 2.80mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 4V~9V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 100kHz~1.2MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING REGULATOR signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 8 terminations. A few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
