BP104FS Overview
A Cut Tape (CT) package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 20V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 20V continuously in reverse-bias mode. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 150mW heat. During operation, photodiodes should not have a temperature higher than 100°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -40°C. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 20V. For a photodiode to operate, a voltage of 1.3V is required. A photodiode occurs even at 2nA current without light input.
