BPV10 Overview

These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 60V voltage per photodiode. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 60V continuously. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 215mW heat. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -40°C. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. A circuit should have a maximum heat release rate of 215mW from the photodiodes. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can function properly with a reverse voltage of 60V. Current should flow across a photodiode at 1.3V. Ensure that the breakdown voltage of the photodiode is the same as 60V. The current in a photodiode is 1nA even when there is no light input.
