BPV10NF Overview

To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Radial packages. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 60V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 60V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. There is a possibility that the photodiodes could release 215mW heat within the circuit. It is recommended that photodiodes are operated at a temperature no higher than 100°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 60V. In general, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 215mW in a circuit. As a result of the reverse voltage of 60V in a DC circuit, the photodiodes will operate properly. Current should flow across a photodiode at 1.3V. If you want photodiodes to work, you'll need a breakdown voltage of 60V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 1nA current.
