BPV22F Overview


Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are packaged in Radial, Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 60V for the photodiodes. 2 is the number of pins on the photodiodes. In a circuit, photodiodes could release 215mW heat. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 215mW when photodiodes are used. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can function correctly with a reverse voltage of 60V. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1.3V to allow current to flow across it. Ensure photodiodes work by setting the breakdown voltage to 60V. There is 2nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
