BPV22NF Overview

It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, Side View packages. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 60V voltage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 60V. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. In circuits containing photodiodes, 215mW heat may be released from the photodiodes. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 100°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 215mW in a circuit. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can function properly with a reverse voltage of 60V. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1.3V. If you want photodiodes to work, you'll need a breakdown voltage of 60V. A photodiode occurs even at 2nA current without light input.
