BPV22NFL Overview

The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SIP packages in order to protect them from damage. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 60V. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. During the operation of a circuit, photodiodes can release 215mW heat. During the operation of photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 215mW. A reverse voltage 60V does not affect the photodiodes in the DC circuit. Current must flow across a photodiode at 1.3V voltage. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 2nA current.
