BPW34 Overview

In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tube. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 2-DIP (0.213, 5.40mm) packages. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 32V voltage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 60V. The photodiodes have 2 pins. As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 150mW heat. Photodiode operation should take place at temperatures below 100°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. A reverse anode voltage of 32V should be applied to the photodiodes. A circuit should have a maximum heat release rate of 150mW from the photodiodes. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can work properly with the reverse voltage of 32V. A photodiode should be able to conduct current at 1.3V voltage. Photodiodes should function properly if the breakdown voltage is 60V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 2nA current.
