BPW34F Overview

To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. Photodiodes are protected by 2-DIP (0.213, 5.40mm) packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 16V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 16V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 150mW heat. For photodiodes to function properly, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -40°C. A reverse anode voltage of 32V should be applied to the photodiodes. In general, the maximum heat generated by photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1.3V to allow current to flow across it. In the reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 16V voltage. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 2nA current.
