BPW34S Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT) to prevent damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 32V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 32V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. The photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 100°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for the photodiodes. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 32V. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1.3V. A photodiode is capable of conducting 2nA current even without light input.
