BPW41N Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial, Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 60V for the photodiodes. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 215mW heat. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 60V. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 215mW in a circuit. With reverse voltage of 60V, the photodiodes can work properly. In order to ensure the operation of photodiodes, the breakdown voltage must be 60V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2nA.
