The 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is suitable for battery instrument. This system battery uses an analog integrated circuit (IC) called POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. We have 4 channels available. The total number of pins is 8. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is included with the smart tools battery. Surface Mount is positioned in the way of this electronic part. There is a possibility of delivering functions Battery Protection. A temperature range of -40°C~110°C TA is optimal for the electric part to deliver its performance. A battery chemistry of Lithium-Ion is used in this electronic part. All times this battery protection IC should be set to 14.4V. There is a use of the BQ294706 family. Vsup reaches 20V as the maximum supply voltage. A voltage greater than 3V must be present in Vsup (supply voltage). Unless specified otherwise, Isup (the maximum supply current) must not exceed 0.002mA.
