BS120E0F Overview


To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Side View packages. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 10V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. By using reverse-bias technology, the photodiodes are able to supply a voltage of 10V. A photodiode occurs even at 3pA current without light input.
