BTS3408GXUMA2 is a dual-channel low-end switch with D-MOS output stage, which is used to drive resistive, capacitive and inductive loads. The design is based on Infineon Intelligent Power Technology (SPT) and allows bipolar, CMOS and power D-MOS devices to be implemented on the same monolithic circuit. BTS3408G has embedded protection function and is specially designed for automotive and industrial applications. It is especially suitable for driving stepper motors and production lines.
