Infineon Technologies' BTS6163DAUMA1 vertical power FET is an N-channel vertical power FET. BTS6163DAUMA1 has a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C TJ and a maximum supply voltage of 62V. TO-252-5, DPak (4 Leads + Tab), and TO-252AD are all options. N channel vertical power FET incorporated into Smart SIPMOS chip on chip technology with charge pump, current-controlled input, and diagnostic feedback with load current sense. Providing built-in security features.
