BU46L484G-TL Overview
Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be NOT SPECIFIED. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known BU46Lxxx series of products.
