BUF634F/500 Overview
The linear amplifier is packaged in a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. An op amp ic of the Buffer type. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 5. A total of 4 pins are located on this board. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 15V. An 5-pin op amp ic is included in the package. The input offset voltage is 100mV. It is recommended that this electronic component be mounted using the Surface Mount mounting type. In terms of operating temperature, this instrumentation amplifier performs well at a temperature of about -40°C~85°C . 0.087dB should be the voltage gain.
