This is a MICROCONTROLLER for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. The total number of terminations is 28. A 2.5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. A 8-Bit architecture is used. It can supply a maximum current of 5.25V. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 28 pins injected into them. A clock frequency of 25MHz is used by the CPU microprocessor. Programs on the CPU transfer data through 20 I/Os. It is recommended that the operating environment is set to over -40°C.
