CAT3200HU2-GT3 Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjustable (Fixed) outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.2V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.7V 5V. There is a maximum input voltage of 4.5V for this voltage regulator 12v.
