Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. Inverter logic governs its operation. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 3V~18V is required. Operating temperature extended to -55°C~125°C. The part is mounted in Through Hole.
