CD74HCT08E Overview
The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. A AND Gate logic principle governs its operation. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is required for the part to function properly. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C. A Through Hole mount is used for this part. In both high and low states, output current is 4mA 4mA. This is part of the 74HCT series. In total, there have been 14 terminations. There are 4 features that significantly enhance the user experience. I would like to point out that this chip is part of HCT. Inputs support 2. A 4 circuit is present in this device. 5.5V is the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). As long as the standby mode is on, 2μA current is drawn.
