CDC7005RGZT Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
