There is a copy of it in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. A temperature regulation of -40°C~85°C TA is necessary to ensure reliable operation. It should be able to operate on a 3V~3.6VV power supply. The terminations in it can be broken down into 20's. When 3.3V is used as the supply voltage, high efficiency can be achieved.
