CP80C88Z Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PDIP for convenient overseas shipping. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. A total of 40 terminations have been recorded. Using a 5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. The architecture of the microprocessor is 16-bit. At 5MHz, the CPU operates. Please refer to the datasheets for 40 pins functions. Microprocessors is a typical embedded microprocessor. Data transfer has 8b bandwidths. Temperatures above 70°C should not be used with the microprocessor. There are 40 pins injected into the embedded microprocessor body. There is only 1 core in this processor. There are many applications for this CPU, since it is Through Hole mounted. In this case, the CPU should reach 5MHz as its top frequency. It is possible to use the micro processor from 5V. In the datasheet, 5V power supplies are required for this embedded microprocessor. 5.5V is the CPU core voltage.
