CS47L15-CWZR Overview
It is supplied in the 70-UFBGA, WLCSP package for the purpose of space saving. It is adopted to package in the Tape & Reel (TR) way. Its Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. Surface Mount is the mounting type employed by this device. A -40°C~85°C operating performance setting allows it to operate normally. 3 / 3 ADC / DAC is integrated into it. There is a voltage supply of 1.71V~1.89V to the analog circuit. It receives a voltage of 1.14V~1.26V as its supply voltage. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 70 terminations. It operates with the supply voltage of 1.2V.
