With a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. A 3.1V~7V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 150kHz~750kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
