CS80C286-16 Overview
Packed in LCC, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. It is a MICROPROCESSOR in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Total terminations are 68. When the voltage supply is 5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. It is an architecture with 16 bits. A 16MHz frequency is used by the CPU. For information about 68 pins, please refer to the datasheet. An example of a Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. Data can be transferred over 16b bandwidths. An environment with a temperature higher than 70°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor. Micro processor body consists of 68 pins. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. As the CPU reaches its top frequency, it will be at 16MHz. In this case, 5V is the starting point. As specified in datasheets, the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supplies. A CPU core voltage of 5V is present. It is not possible to supply a voltage to the CPU higher than 260mA.
