CS80C286-16 Overview


Packed in LCC, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. It is a MICROPROCESSOR in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Total terminations are 68. When the voltage supply is 5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run.
