CY2308SXC-1T Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required.
